We have installed a website plug-in called Mobilepress, which detects a mobile phone when it accesses the site and then serves it simple compatible pages.

To access the site, just search for ‘Passion for Life BSTW’ or put our normal web address in to your phone.

As well as keeping up-to-date with our news while on the move, if your connection is fast enough and you have enough memory you can download our talks too.

Give it a try.  Email us if you have any problems, and tell us what phone you are using.  Please note that if your phone has a rotary dial on the front and is plugged into the wall, this feature won’t work.

The aim of the website for A Passion for Life in Balham, Streatham, Tooting and Wandsworth Common (BSTW for short, or APFL-BSTW if you want to be more formal) is to tell you about the events that are coming up in March 2010 in our area that aim to CONNECT you with Christ.

The website is packed full of information – who we are, up and coming events, news and book recommendations, and all the talks from our events will be posted on this site.   You can leave comments and post your reflections…oh, the joys of modern technology!

Speaking of which, computer nerds may be interested to know that we are road testing the latest Mu theme by Wordpress designed by Tim Hyde (we like his work).  We are using various Wordpress plugins including WP Super Cache, Akismet, Contact Form 7, Mappress and Smart youtube.
