What better place for a men’s night out than the clubhouse!
We have booked a room in the clubhouse of the Central London Golf Centre for the evening.

What better food for men than curry!
We have a two course meal lined up and a bar to buy drinks. A vegetarian meal is available.
And what’s with the bald bloke?
Al Stewart is our speaker for the evening. Al well known for his colourful explanation of the Christian faith. He is a bishop in New South Wales, Australia and author of a best-selling book, Men. He loves keeping fit and living rough in the bush! He will be speaking on ‘The Misunderstood Jesus’.

Travel
Train
The nearest main line train station is either Earlsfield or Wandsworth Common.
From Earlsfield, turn left out of the station and travel along Garratt Lane for approximately 1 mile. Turn left into Burntwood Lane for about half a mile. On the right is a large oak tree and the entrance to Springfield University Hospital and the golf club. Turn right into this entrance and the golf club car park is on the right hand side.
From Wandsworth Common station go across to the Hope public house and turn left onto Bellevue Road. Follow this to its junction with Trinity Road. Go over into Burntwood Lane for about half a mile. On the left is a large oak tree and the entrance to Springfield University Hospital and the golf club. Turn left into this entrance and the golf club car park is on the right hand side.
Bus
The G1 bus from either Tooting or Clapham Junction stops in the car park adjacent to the Golf Club. Buses along Garrett Lane include 44, 77 and 210. The 219 or 319 stops at Wandsworth Common at its junction with Burntwood Lane. (Ask for the Surrey Tavern)
Car
From the A214 (Trinity Road), turn onto the B229 (Burntwood Lane). The entrance to the golf course is about 0.5 of a mile on the left. There is a large oak tree together with the entrance to Springfield University Hospital and the golf club. Turn left into this entrance and the golf club car park is on the right hand side.
Parking
There is free parking available in the substantial golf club car park.
